The UCSF Center for Reproductive Health sits on the 6th floor at 499 Illinois Street, on the Mission Bay campus. It's the easiest fertility clinic in the city to reach from the airport: about 12 miles, straight up US-101 or I-280 into flat, modern streets with real curb space at the door — 20 minutes when the freeway is clear, up to 45 in heavy traffic.

Everything happens in that one building: consultations, testing, cycle monitoring, retrievals, transfers, and fertility preservation. So unlike patients who bounce between a clinic and a separate lab, your rides here all go to the same address. Flat $65 either direction, set when you book.

A stimulation cycle isn't one appointment. It's bloodwork and ultrasound every day or two for roughly two weeks, almost always first thing in the morning, with the exact date of your retrieval unknown until a few days out. That's the part nobody warns you about: not the procedure, the commute.

Every one of those trips is the same flat fare, at 6am on a Tuesday or any other time, whatever rideshare pricing is doing that morning. If you're staying in the city for a cycle, book the airport legs with us and use our hotel guide to pick somewhere with a known fare to Mission Bay.

Egg retrieval is done under sedation, which means the clinic will tell you not to drive and not to leave alone. You'll be groggy, mildly sore, and in no condition to arrange a curb pickup. Book the ride in advance and text us when you're actually discharged — the fare is the same whenever you book it, so there's no cost to leaving the return open while recovery runs on its own schedule.
