Hourly Car Service in the San Francisco Bay Area
The car and the driver stay with you. You direct the day, the vehicle waits between stops instead of being re-summoned, and the whole block is quoted flat before you confirm.
- The same car and driver all day
- You direct the route as it changes
- Quoted flat before you confirm
- No meter, no surge

For days that don't fit a point-to-point fare.
Hourly is the right shape when the destination list is uncertain, when waiting is most of the job, or when the same driver needs to carry the day. If your trip is a fixed A to B, a standard booking is cheaper and simpler.
Investor roadshows
Six meetings across San Francisco and the Peninsula in a day, with the schedule moving as meetings run over. The car waits outside; the driver knows the next address before you do.
Client visits and site tours
Showing visitors several offices, properties, or campuses. One driver for the day means nobody re-explains the itinerary at every stop.
Executive and team visits
Someone flying in for two days of meetings who should not be booking a separate ride between each one. Hold the car for the working day and release it when they fly out.
Dinners and nights out
Drinks, dinner, a show, and home — with the same car across all of it. Plans that change mid-evening are the normal case here, not an exception.
Appointments and errands
A morning of appointments where waiting is most of the job. Common for medical visits and for anyone who would rather not stand outside arranging the next car.
Days that start or end at an airport
Collect an arrival, run the day, drop at departures. If the airport leg is genuinely all you need, a standard airport booking is the better-value way to do it.
Choose the vehicle that fits your trip.

Every class is a flat rate, both directions. Exact fares and seating for your route are shown in the booking flow, confirmed before you pay.
These are the vehicles we dispatch ourselves, and what almost every hourly day runs in. Anything else the day needs — a larger vehicle, or a second car for part of it — we arrange through partner operators and quote in the same reply, confirmed before you commit. One point of contact for the whole day either way.
How an hourly quote works.
- 01
Send the day
Where it starts, roughly when, roughly how long, and anything you already know about the stops. An estimate is genuinely fine at this stage.
- 02
We size it
Someone works out the hours the day realistically takes, the vehicle it needs, and whether hourly is even the right shape — sometimes it is not, and we will tell you.
- 03
One flat quote
By text or email, for the block of time rather than per mile. Any minimum that applies to your booking is stated in that quote, before you commit to anything.
- 04
On the day
Your driver confirms by text, then stays with you. Change the order of the stops, add one, drop one — that is what as-directed means.
What does hourly car service include?
The vehicle, the driver, and the waiting — held for the block of time you book. Stops within the day are part of it rather than separate fares, and the driver stays with the car between them so the next leg starts when you are ready.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
It depends on the day, the vehicle, and when you need it, so we confirm it in your quote rather than publishing one number that would not hold for every booking. Ask and we will tell you before you commit to anything.
What does hourly service cost?
We do not publish an hourly rate, because the honest answer depends on the vehicle, the length of the day, and where it goes. Send the itinerary and we quote the block flat — that quote is the price, with no meter running against it.
What if the day runs longer than planned?
Tell your driver and, where the day allows it, they stay. Additional time beyond the block you booked is agreed with you rather than added silently — you will not find hours on your bill that nobody mentioned.
Can the day start or finish at the airport?
Yes — arrivals and departures are a normal part of an hourly day. If the airport trip is the whole job, book it as a standard airport ride instead: it is priced per trip and it will cost you less than holding a car by the hour.
Which vehicles are available by the hour?
The same three classes we run everywhere: an economy SUV, a minivan, and a premium SUV. Tell us the party size and the kind of day it is, and we will recommend one — or several, if the group needs more than one car.
Tell us the day. We'll hold the car.
