What we cover

Event transportation, planned around the schedule.

Most event work fails in the same two places: getting a group out at the end of the night, and keeping several vehicles on one timeline. Both are planning problems, so we plan them before quoting rather than dispatching on the day.

Concerts and game days

Arrival timed to doors, and a pickup point agreed before you go in so nobody queues with ten thousand other people at the encore. Chase Center, Oracle Park and Levi's Stadium have their own page with the venue detail.

Corporate evenings

Receptions, off-sites, and client entertaining — one point of contact for the night and one invoice at the end of it. Multi-day conferences and roadshows have a page of their own.

Galas and fundraisers

Formal evenings where arriving at the door matters. The driver waits through the event when you ask, so leaving is a text rather than a twenty-minute wait.

Private parties and dinners

Birthdays, anniversaries, a group heading out for the night. Several pickups across the Bay Area, one vehicle or several, and a plan for getting everyone home.

Groups of any size

Up to about seven, one of our own vehicles. Beyond that, either several of them coordinated to arrive together or a larger vehicle arranged for your date — we price whichever fits and confirm it before you commit. Tell us the headcount; you do not need to guess how many cars it takes.

Every class is a flat rate, both directions. Exact fares and seating for your route are shown in the booking flow, confirmed before you pay.

These are the vehicles we dispatch ourselves. For a group beyond their capacity — or for something specific the night calls for — we arrange it through partner operators instead, which comes down to what is available on your date. You ask us once and we come back with the whole night priced, whoever ends up driving it, and nothing is committed until we have confirmed it.

How booking works

Four steps, and a person at every one.

  1. 01

    Send the details

Date, venue, timing, and party size. The schedule matters more than anything else here — the more you can tell us about it, the tighter the quote comes back.

  2. 02

    We review the plan

Someone reads the itinerary and works out the route, the waiting time, and how many vehicles the night actually takes. That review is why the quote is flat.

  3. 03

    You get one flat quote

By text or email, usually within a few hours. It covers the vehicles, the stops, and the waiting — not a starting rate that moves on the night.

  4. 04

    On the day

Your driver confirms by text before the first pickup. We watch the job through to the last drop-off, so a change of plan reaches someone who can act on it.

Frequently asked questions

How is event transportation priced?

Per job, not per mile. We read the schedule, work out the vehicles and the hours, and send one flat quote that covers the whole night. There is no meter and no surge — the figure we quote is the figure you pay for the plan we agreed.

Can the driver wait during the event?

Yes, and for most event bookings that is the sensible choice. Tell us roughly how long you expect to be inside and the waiting time goes into the quote, so the car is there when you walk out instead of being summoned.

Can you handle a group too big for one vehicle?

Yes, two ways. Up to roughly thirty people we usually run several of our own vehicles on one timeline, arriving together. Past that a single larger vehicle is normally cheaper and simpler, and we arrange one through a partner operator for your date. That second option depends on availability, so it is confirmed in writing before you commit — we will not let you plan around a vehicle we have not secured.

Can we add stops along the way?

Yes. Drinks before, dinner after, a second venue, a hotel run in the middle — list the stops in the inquiry and they are priced into the quote rather than added later.

What happens if the event runs long?

Text your driver. They will wait where it is legal to, and we would rather move with your night than have you leave early. If it runs well past the window we planned for, we talk to you about the extra time directly — nothing is added to your bill without you agreeing to it first.

How far ahead should I ask?

Earlier is better for dates that need several vehicles, and for the busy nights when a lot of events land at once. Shorter notice is often fine — send the inquiry or text us and we will tell you straight away whether we can cover the date.

Tell us the event. We'll price the whole night.
