The BART route to San Francisco means the Coliseum connector, a transfer, and a walk at the far end. A flat-rate ride is door to door, with the bridge toll already inside the price you were quoted.

BART stops running around midnight and doesn't start early enough for a 6 AM departure. We run 24/7 at the same flat price, booked the night before.
