Why book the valley from the airport
Napa Valley has no train and no scheduled shuttle from SFO. The choices after a long flight are a rental car from the far end of the airport, a rideshare whose price moves with demand and whose driver may decline a ninety-minute one-way, or two or three connections with luggage. A pre-arranged private car turns all of that into one thing to do when you land: find your driver at the curb.
The further up the valley you are staying, the more the arrangement matters. Napa is an hour and a half from SFO with the roads clear; Calistoga, at the northern end, is two. Nobody wants to start that drive by working out which counter to queue at.
How the valley is priced
Two flat rates cover the whole valley, both published on the pages below and both the same in either direction. The city of Napa has its own rate; Yountville, St. Helena and Calistoga share a single upvalley rate, because the extra miles between them are small next to the drive from the airport. Each page shows the seven-seat minivan fare — the entry car on these drives — and the booking flow prices the premium SUV and the Black SUV, itemizing the bridge tolls and the SFO airport fee on top before you pay.
There is no meter and no surge. Traffic on the Bay Bridge or a slow Sunday on Highway 29 is our problem, not a change to your price.
Your pickup at SFO
Add your flight number when you book and we track it. Collect your bags and step out to the arrivals curb at your terminal; we text the driver's name, car and plate before you land, and there is no waiting fee for a late flight. Departing, the driver drops you at the curb on the departures level of your terminal.
Flying into Oakland instead?
Honest note: Oakland International (OAK) looks closer to Napa on a map, but by road it is the same hour-and-a-half — I-80 through the East Bay against the Bay Bridge from SFO. If your fare lands there, choose OAK as the pickup in the transfer form; SFO still wins on flight choice, especially international, and for that leg a booked car over the bridges beats juggling a rental after fourteen hours in the air.

Which page do I book from?
The town your hotel is in. Downtown Napa and the Carneros resorts book from the Napa page; Yountville, St. Helena and Calistoga each have their own. If you are unsure which town an address falls in, type the address into the booking form — it prices the drive from the address, whichever page you started on.
Can you also drive us from Napa Valley back to SFO?
Yes, at the same price. Choose 'I'm going to the airport' in the booking form and enter your Napa Valley address as the pickup. Book each leg separately so each gets its own pickup time and its own driver confirmation.
Are bridge tolls included?
They are added and shown, not hidden: the drive to Napa crosses two toll bridges, and the booking flow lists them at the posted FasTrak rate as their own line next to the SFO airport fee. The total you see before you pay is the total you pay — no meter, no surge, no per-bag charge. Tip is not required.
