Napa Valley Airport Transportation from SFO
Private, direct car service from San Francisco International Airport to the four towns of Napa Valley — Napa, Yountville, St. Helena and Calistoga — and back to SFO for the flight home. One car for your party, luggage in the back, a fixed price before you fly.
Fares are one way for the entry car on each drive — the seven-seat minivan past the Bay Area — and the same in either direction. Exact fares per vehicle are shown in the booking flow, confirmed before you pay.
A day with a driver is a different booking from the transfer: one price for the whole car, from SFO or your hotel near the airport to the wineries and back, for the hours shown. Every car's price is below.
Why book the valley from the airport
Napa Valley has no train and no scheduled shuttle from SFO. The choices after a long flight are a rental car from the far end of the airport, a rideshare whose price moves with demand and whose driver may decline a ninety-minute one-way, or two or three connections with luggage. A pre-arranged private car turns all of that into one thing to do when you land: find your driver at the curb.
The further up the valley you are staying, the more the arrangement matters. Napa is an hour and a half from SFO with the roads clear; Calistoga, at the northern end, is two. Nobody wants to start that drive by working out which counter to queue at.
How the valley is priced
Two flat rates cover the whole valley, both published on the pages below and both the same in either direction. The city of Napa has its own rate; Yountville, St. Helena and Calistoga share a single upvalley rate, because the extra miles between them are small next to the drive from the airport. Each page shows the Economy fare — the Toyota Sienna, the entry car on these drives — and the booking flow prices Premium and Black Car above it. Every published fare is the whole price: the bridge tolls and the SFO airport fee are already inside it.
There is no meter and no surge. Traffic on the Bay Bridge or a slow Sunday on Highway 29 is our problem, not a change to your price.
Your pickup at SFO
Add your flight number when you book and we track it. Collect your bags and step out to the arrivals curb at your terminal; we text the driver's name, car and plate before you land, and there is no waiting fee for a late flight. Departing, the driver drops you at the curb on the departures level of your terminal.
Flying into Oakland instead?
Honest note: Oakland International (OAK) looks closer to Napa on a map, but by road it is the same hour-and-a-half — I-80 through the East Bay against the Bay Bridge from SFO. If your fare lands there, choose OAK as the pickup in the transfer form; SFO still wins on flight choice, especially international, and for that leg a booked car over the bridges beats juggling a rental after fourteen hours in the air.
Three levels of private airport transfer
Every level is a flat rate, both directions, with airport parking included. Exact fares for your route are shown in the booking flow, confirmed before you pay. Premium and Black Car run the same two cars — what changes is how you are met, how long the driver waits, and how the driver is dressed.
Napa for the day: the car and driver stay with you for 10 hours
This is not the transfer. A transfer takes you from SFO to your door and the car leaves; the day keeps the car and the driver with you for ten hours — from SFO or your hotel near the airport, to the wineries you pick, and back again.
You choose the wineries and make the appointments; the driver drives, waits while you are inside, and moves on when you are ready. There is no guide and no set route.
The valley is about an hour and a half from SFO each way, so the ten hours leave about seven in Napa — time for three or four wineries and a long lunch, with the traffic allowed for.

An hour past the ten is the car's hourly rate, agreed with you on the day. We confirm the date, the car and one flat price by text before you commit.
Which page do I book from?
The town your hotel is in. Downtown Napa and the Carneros resorts book from the Napa page; Yountville, St. Helena and Calistoga each have their own. If you are unsure which town an address falls in, type the address into the booking form — it prices the drive from the address, whichever page you started on.
Can you also drive us from Napa Valley back to SFO?
Yes, at the same price. Book the way back as its own transfer: your Napa Valley address as the pickup, SFO as the drop-off.
Are bridge tolls included?
Yes. The drive to Napa crosses two toll bridges and both are already inside the published fare, along with the SFO airport fee — nothing is itemized on top. The number on the page is the number you pay: no meter, no surge, no per-bag charge. Gratuity is not required or expected.

Economy is a Toyota Sienna: it seats six with their cases, and it is the car the Economy fare every page opens at pays for. For a larger party we run two vehicles on one timeline, or arrange a larger vehicle through a partner operator for your date — send a custom ride inquiry with the headcount and bag count and we price whichever fits.
