Our wedding car service plans the runs against one timeline instead, which is why a quote takes a conversation rather than a form response. We dispatch SUVs and minivans ourselves, and arrange a larger vehicle through a partner operator when a guest list needs one — always confirmed for your date before you commit to anything.
The couple
From getting ready to the ceremony, ceremony to photographs, and out at the end of the night. The one car on the day that cannot be late, planned first and around everything else.
The wedding party
Bridesmaids and groomsmen usually start somewhere other than the couple, often at more than one address. We build those pickups into the same timeline rather than treating them as separate bookings.
Parents, grandparents, and VIPs
The people who should not be driving themselves or hunting for parking in a suit — parents, grandparents, an officiant, anyone travelling with mobility needs. After the couple, usually the runs that matter most.
Ceremony to reception
Separate venues mean a party moving at once, in a window a photographer set. We plan that gap and hold the vehicles through it rather than dispatching into it — which is also what absorbs a ceremony that starts twenty minutes late.
Guest transportation
Hotel-to-venue runs before the ceremony, and home again at the end of the night. Smaller counts we cover in loops with our own vehicles; a full guest list needs a larger vehicle, which we arrange for your date and confirm before you commit. Send the headcount and the hotels and we will come back with both options priced.
Guests flying in
Out-of-town guests landing at SFO, SJC, or OAK across the days around the wedding, priced as ordinary airport bookings. This is the part of a wedding weekend we are genuinely best at, and the easiest to hand to guests to book themselves.

Anything beyond them — a larger vehicle for a full guest list, or something particular you have pictured for the day — we arrange through partner operators rather than keep on our lot, so it comes down to what is free on your date. Either way you deal with us and not with four companies, and nothing is committed until we have confirmed it in writing.

Can you arrange a stretch limousine or a larger party vehicle?
Yes. Our own cars are SUVs and minivans, and anything beyond them we source for you — tell us what you have in mind and we come back with it priced alongside the rest of the day. What is available depends on your date, so it is confirmed in writing before you commit. One conversation instead of four.
Can you transport all of our guests?
Yes. Send the guest count and the hotels when you first write and we will price it two ways: loops with our own vehicles, which suits smaller counts, and a larger vehicle sourced for the day, which suits a full guest list. What is available depends on your date, so that second option is confirmed in writing before you commit. You will never be left assuming a vehicle exists that we have not secured.
Can you collect guests from more than one hotel?
Yes. List the hotels and rough numbers in the inquiry and we sequence the pickups so the runs land at the venue together rather than trickling in across half an hour. Several hotels is a routing question rather than a capacity one — the headcount is what decides which vehicles the day needs.
Will the driver wait between the ceremony and the reception?
That is the usual arrangement for wedding work — the vehicle is held for the day rather than dispatched per trip. Tell us the gaps in the timeline and the waiting is built into the quote.
What happens if the day runs late?
Weddings run late; the plan should assume it. Because the vehicles are held for your day rather than shared with other jobs, a ceremony that starts twenty minutes behind moves the schedule instead of losing your cars. Text your driver and the rest of the day adjusts.
Can you bring guests in from the airport?
Yes. Airport runs for arriving guests are ordinary bookings at SFO, San Jose, or Oakland, priced the usual way rather than as part of the wedding quote. You can arrange them with the wedding plan, or send guests the booking page to sort out themselves.
How far ahead should we book?
Send the inquiry as soon as you have venues and a rough timeline, even if the details are unsettled — it costs nothing and it tells you early whether the date is workable. Peak Saturdays in the Bay Area fill up, so earlier is genuinely better here.
