The San Mateo County Event Center — 48 acres and seven halls on Saratoga Drive — runs consumer shows, trade fairs, festivals, and the county fair itself, about ten minutes south of SFO. We drive exhibitors and attendees both, at a flat fare set when you book.
On big weekends the neighborhood fills: the lots open early, Saratoga Drive backs up, and on-demand cars get scarce right at closing time. A booked pickup means your driver is already positioned, texts you as they approach, and meets you at the gate you name.
Exhibitors, crates, and early mornings
Load-in days start early and involve more stuff than a sedan wants to hold. The Sienna swallows a serious amount of booth kit, it seats seven with cargo besides, and if your setup needs more vehicles than that, send a custom ride inquiry and we'll arrange it.
Flying crew in for the show? Each traveler's ride is its own flat-rate booking with their flight number attached — delays move the pickup automatically, and the driver texts them directly, so you're not running dispatch from a show floor.
Three levels of private airport transfer
Every level is a flat rate, both directions, with airport parking included. Exact fares for your route are shown in the booking flow, confirmed before you pay. Premium and Black Car run the same two cars — what changes is how you are met, how long the driver waits, and how the driver is dressed.
Where do you pick up at the Event Center?
At the main gate on Saratoga Drive by default — or name whichever gate is closest to your hall when you book, and the driver will text you as they pull up.
Do prices rise on big show weekends?
No — the fare is flat and fixed when you book, whatever the calendar says. Show closings are exactly when on-demand prices around the fairgrounds jump, so book the return ahead.
Can you carry booth gear and luggage?
The Sienna's rear seats fold flat and carry a surprising amount — cases, banner stands, tubs — and the Suburban at our Premium level carries as much again. Tell us in the booking notes what you're bringing. Pallet-scale freight needs a courier, but everything short of that rides with you.
Do you serve SJC and OAK as well?
Yes — flat rates in both directions for all three Bay Area airports. SFO is the ten-minute one from the Event Center; the booking flow shows the exact fare for each.
