Where do you pick up at the Event Center?
At the main gate on Saratoga Drive by default — or name whichever gate is closest to your hall when you book, and the driver will text you as they pull up.
Do prices rise on big show weekends?
No — the fare is flat and fixed when you book, whatever the calendar says. Show closings are exactly when on-demand prices around the fairgrounds jump, so book the return ahead.
Can you carry booth gear and luggage?
A fold-flat SUV or a seven-seat minivan carries a surprising amount — cases, banner stands, tubs. Tell us in the booking notes what you're bringing so we send the right vehicle. Pallet-scale freight needs a courier, but everything short of that rides with you.
