The San Jose McEnery Convention Center fills the block at 150 West San Carlos Street, with the Hilton and the Marriott connected on either side — you can walk from your room to the show floor without crossing a street. It has hosted some of the biggest tech conferences on the calendar, and on those weeks downtown's on-demand ride prices behave accordingly.
We run the airport legs flat: SFO is about 37 miles up US-101 — 40 to 70 minutes depending on the hour — with the fare fixed when you book, in both directions. SJC is minutes away, and flat there too.

Default pickup is the West San Carlos curb at the main doors. If the curb is barricaded for a show, your driver texts you the working alternative — often the connected hotel's drive, which is the same building. Either way you're not guessing from a pin.

SFO or SJC for the McEnery Convention Center?
SJC is a few minutes away and the obvious choice when the fares work; SFO carries more nonstops, especially international, about 37 flat-rate miles up US-101. We serve both at flat rates in both directions, so decide by flight, not by ground logistics.
Where do you pick up at the convention center?
The main entrance curb on West San Carlos Street. During shows that close the curb, the driver texts an alternative a few steps away — usually the connected Hilton or Marriott drive.
Do fares change during the big conferences?
No. The fare is set when you book and doesn't care what week it is. Conference closings are when downtown on-demand prices are at their worst — book the return leg ahead and skip it.
Can you pick up from my hotel instead of the hall?
Of course — put the hotel as the pickup address. If it's the Hilton or Marriott, that's effectively the same curb; anywhere else downtown is quoted flat in the booking flow before you pay.
