How booking works

Four steps, then a person confirms it

    Enter the trip

    From and to — an airport terminal, your San Francisco hotel, or the destination and the door there — then the date and time, passengers and luggage.

    See the fare

    Every published route prices by vehicle as soon as both ends are in. A pair we haven't published yet says so, and a person confirms it by text or phone before you commit.

  3. 03

    Confirmed by text

    Submit the request and a person reviews it. We text back to confirm the ride and the final fare — no app, no account.

  4. 04

    Ride day

    Add your flight number and we track it: a late landing moves the pickup rather than losing it. Your driver texts before pickup and again on arrival.
