How booking works

Four steps, then a person confirms it

    Enter the trip

    From and to — an airport terminal, or a hotel or address in the Bay Area or at your destination — then the date and time. Choose round trip and the ride back books with it.

  2. 02

    See the fare

    Every published route prices by vehicle as soon as both ends are in. A pair we haven't published yet says so, and a person confirms it by text or phone before you commit.

  3. 03

    Confirmed by text

    Submit the request and a person reviews it. We text back to confirm the ride and the final fare — no app, no account.

  4. 04

    Ride day

    Add your flight number and we track it: a late landing moves the pickup rather than losing it. Your driver texts before pickup and again on arrival.
