Muir Woods,a half day north.
Across the Golden Gate to the old-growth redwoods, then lunch on the Sausalito waterfront. Six hours, parking reservation included — which matters, because Muir Woods turns cars away without one.
A plan, not a schedule.
Every stop below is a suggestion your driver will happily rearrange from the front seat. Times are what the day looks like when nothing changes — and something usually does.
From $520 per car per day.
Extra hours $50, agreed before we run them. Two cars for a bigger group — send an inquiry. Or text (650) 456-9999 and say "Muir Woods & Sausalito".
One car, one price.
Your driver stays with you for the whole block — no re-booking between stops, no waiting for a car in a parking lot, no meter running while you decide.

The layover tour.
Long layovers, first afternoons, and last mornings — the tour that fits when a full day does not. Also the standing answer for visitors who want redwoods but not five hours of driving.
You can end it in Sausalito and take the ferry back into the city if you would rather arrive by water; we drop your luggage at your hotel on the way past.
Doing it by bus is cheaper.
Scheduled Muir Woods shuttles run about $60 a head from the city, and if you are two people with a flexible afternoon that is the sensible pick. The car is worth it at three or more, with children, with luggage, or when the return time has to bend around a flight.
Do we need a parking reservation?
Muir Woods requires one for every vehicle and turns away those without. We hold it as part of the booking — one of the few fees we absorb.
Is it accessible?
The main valley boardwalk is flat and wheelchair-friendly for roughly half a mile. Tell us in advance and the driver will stop at the closest gate.
Can we add Stinson Beach?
An extra hour ($50–$110) puts Stinson or Muir Beach in the day. Both are twenty minutes past the woods on a road best driven by someone who knows it.
Luggage during a layover?
It stays locked in the car with your driver. Nothing is left in a station locker, and we can go straight to departures at the end.
Ready when you are.
Tell us the date and the party size and we come back with a plan and a fixed price for the car — usually within the hour, any day of the week.
Ten languages by phone, text or WeChat (yakaainc) — and ask for a driver who speaks yours when you book.
