Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel by 11:59 PM (US Pacific Time) the day before your trip.
  • A small processing fee applies to all cancellations.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days.
  • If your trip is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund.

Reschedule Policy

  • You may reschedule up to 2 times per booking at no extra charge.
  • Changes can be made by 11:59 PM (US Pacific Time) the day before your trip.
  • Your route, stops, and passenger count stay the same — only the date and time can be updated.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
